Governor Cox just released a proclamation to change the election dates for this year and so much more.  The short story is that due to the requirements of a special congressional election in US Congressional District 2, the new election dates will be Primary Election on September 5 and General Election on November 21.

These dates apply STATEWIDE. This applies to cities and special districts.
